1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReynGlobal Faith Forward Fund (RtripleF) scholarship portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the portal or apply for the scholarship.

2. Eligibility

Scholarship awards are subject to strict eligibility criteria, including but not limited to:

• Enrollment in a recognized Nigerian university.
• A minimum CGPA of 3.5.
• Demonstrated leadership and active involvement in Christian activities.
• Verification of financial need.

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee an award. The decision of the RtripleF Review Board is final.

3. Application Accuracy

You agree that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to the revocation of any funds already awarded.

4. Code of Conduct

As a Christian scholarship program, we expect applicants to maintain high moral and ethical standards. Behavior that brings the program or its parent ministry (Redefined Youth Christian Centre) into disrepute may result in disqualification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including logs, text, and graphics, is the property of ReynGlobal Faith Forward Fund. By submitting an application, you grant us the right to use your story and photo for promotional purposes if you are selected as a winner.

6. Limitation of Liability

RtripleF provides this portal on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any technical failures that prevent the submission of an application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
